Responsibilities
Assist in supervising daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations
Manage team members, including scheduling, training, and motivating staff to achieve operational goals
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to uphold customer satisfaction
Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
Contribute to creating a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork and hospitality excellence
Support the management team in implementing policies and procedures
Provide day to day customer service on the bar and on the floor
Skills
Proven experience in supervising or managing teams within a restaurant and hospitality setting
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively
Experience in food production, serving, or barista roles is advantageous
Familiarity with kitchen operations, hotel services, or hospitality environments
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and customers
Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
