Working to the business Senior Property Manager, the Asssistant position is a part-time, 2 or 3-day per week role. The role has potential to convert to full-time.
Our family office is a well-established small business, providing landlords and tenants with a highly professional, efficient and friendly service.
Duties
You will be assisting the Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, with your responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Answering/replying to calls and emails for: viewing requests, general enquiries, landlord and tenant queries, maintenance queries
Carrying out end-of-tenancy and mid-term inspections and providing feedback to the landlord
Conducting viewings and maintaining inventories
Carrying out tenancy application processes, organising viewings, preparing leases
Organising property repairs and renewals
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will:
Have proven experience within a property or lettings role
Have a practical understanding of SME Professional and other on-line applications to complete the following tasks: advertising properties and arranging viewings, organising repair work, allocating rental payments and paying invoices, reconciling payments to every landlord on an agreed schedule, ensuring safety certificates and compliance requirements are in-date. Be comfortable using Microsoft applications.
Have a full UK driving licence with access to a car that they can use for work purposes. Expenses will be covered.
Be able to manage their time effectively and be well organised
Be a team player, yet also comfortable/confident working on their own
Be focused on providing excellent customer service
