Full Time - Residential Property Manager



This is an office based role, with no working from home facility



A FULL UK, CLEAN DRIVING LICENSE IS ESSENTIAL. ACCESS TO YOUR OWN VEHICLE IS ALSO ESSENTIAL. MILEAGE PAID.



Experience within the property management isn't absolutely essential, full training is provided for the right candidate.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a well organised, focused and committed individual, to join our well-established property management team. We are searching for candidates who are natural problem solvers and have a keen eye for detail. We need someone who boasts excellent people and customer service skills, somebody who can think fast on their feet and keep calm in a crisis.

Ultimately, a property managers focus is to protect the Landlord' s property but at the same time, ensure our tenant's also receive a high level of customer service during their tenancy. Ensuring they are looked after from the day they move in, until the day they hand back their keys.

As a company, we are committed to training all our employees to the highest level. Therefore we offer excellent in-house training, we also offer funded enrollment onto any relevant NFOPP / ARLA qualifications, to help you develop your role as property manager.

Working hours are:

Monday - Thursday 9.45am - 6pm

Friday - 9.45am - 5pm

Main Role Summary



Attending properties and preparing check out inspection reports and property inventories Carrying out regular mid term property inspections Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors via phone and email to ensure any required maintenance works are carried out in a timely fashion and to adequate standard. Maintaining accurate file notes.

The Candidate



We are looking for somebody that:

Holds a full UK, clean driving license, this is essential. Access to your own vehicle is also essential Is passionate about the property industry and is keen to join a well respected and growing business. Has good customer service skills and is customer focused. Highly organised and works well under pressure. Articulate and diplomatic.
We offer 20 days statutory annual holiday including bank holidays (28 days total), we currently also offer additional Christmas shut down (rota based) and additional day off for your birthday. Employees also accrue an additional 1 days holiday for each year of service.

Pay: 25,000.00-32,000.00 per year
