The Role

As

Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager

, you'll be a key player in ensuring our guests enjoy warm hospitality and a seamless dining experience. Working closely with both front- and back-of-house teams, you'll help lead daily operations, support staff development, and uphold our commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily front-of-house and bar operations Lead and support the team to deliver top-tier service Ensure smooth guest experiences and handle concerns with professionalism Train and mentor staff to maintain high service standards Collaborate with the kitchen team for seamless service coordination Manage bar inventory, control stock levels, and minimize waste Assist with promotions and marketing content (e.g. social media, events) Take on host duties when needed, including greeting guests and managing reservations

About You

2+ years of hospitality experience required in a similar role Confident leader with excellent communication skills Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Calm, organised, and efficient under pressure Professional, polished, and attentive to detail Comfortable supporting content creation for social media and promotions Knowledge of bar and restaurant operations is a plus
