Full Time, 40 Hour - Restaurant and Bar Manager

Crabwall Manor Hotel & Spa is an historic 17th Century Manor House. The hotel boasts of 55 well appointed rooms, as well as a Leisure Spa Swimming Pool, Steam room, Jacuzzi, and Conference facilities up to 150. The hotel is proud to be included within the most stunning and popular wedding venues in Cheshire

Crabwall Manor are seeking someone to successfully operate the Food & Beverage department ensuring H&S throughout kitchen/ F&B outlets and management of wet and dry stock. Also managing team members, rotas, GP targets and customer satisfaction scores.

Ensure the customer journey is seamless from arrival to departure Develop, coach & nurture your team Recognize & reward team members who go the extra mile for our guests Carry out duty manager shifts as and when required by the business Ensure all F&B team members are well versed in allergens, product knowledge and service etiquette. Ensure F&B team members are fully compliant with onboarding training & schedule further training where needed Maintain a hygienic & presentable food & beverage service areas at all times Anticipate stock levels based on the business demands and ensure to correct rotation of wet and dry stock throughout the kitchen and bar Maintain a safe cellar by ensuring the correct storage of stocks, gas, chemical products & empty barrels. Carry out daily team service briefing. Be accountable/ responsible for F&B floats/daily F&B cash/ credit card transactions ensuring compliance with GDPR laws Balance and close the F&B systems at the end of shift Assist in the induction & training of new team members Ensure all alcohol served complies with measurement laws Resolve guest complaints in prompt manner that is always satisfactory and professional
