Assistant Restaurant General Manager
to join the pre-opening team of what's set to become one of Hoxton's most talked-about culinary destinations in 2025.
Located on the 25th floor of the stunning art'otel London Hoxton, this Michelin Star Chef-led restaurant features a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar, offering breathtaking 360 panoramic views of London's skyline.

As our
Assistant Restaurant General Manager
, you will receive:

We are looking for our
Assistant Restaurant General Manager
, who:
Supports the Restaurant General Manager in all aspects of daily operations, from overseeing team members and customer service to managing budgets and ensuring profitability
Assists in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to maintain consistency and high standards.
Ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Assists in recruitment, training and managing restaurant team members, ensuring they meet performance and customer service standards
Assists in developing and managing the restaurant's budget, focusing on cost control and revenue generation
Assists in implementing strategies to drive sales and improve overall financial performance
Addresses and resolves customer complaints promptly and professionally

Displays a background in Fine Dining Restaurant set-up as an
