We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and train front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies to ensure adequate stock for food production.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of hospitality is maintained.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent leadership abilities, capable of motivating and managing a diverse team.
Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food production.
Experience in serving customers with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Previous kitchen experience is advantageous; barista or hotel experience is also beneficial.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
