We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and training. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen and dining areas. Collaborate with the kitchen team to enhance menu offerings based on customer feedback and seasonal ingredients. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock. Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant. Assist in scheduling staff shifts to meet operational needs.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Culinary experience or formal training in food preparation is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices. Proven ability to manage a team effectively, demonstrating leadership qualities. Experience in serving, barista duties, or hotel operations will be considered an advantage. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both staff and customers positively.
