We are looking for a talented Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our experienced management team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests. You will also collaborate closely with our General Manager and fellow Assistant Manager to support the overall success of the restaurant.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Supervise staff and ensure high levels of customer service
- Oversee food preparation and presentation
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth food production
- Handle restaurant inventory and ordering supplies
- Train and develop restaurant staff
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Implement health and safety regulations
Skills
- Experience in hotel or restaurant management
- Proficiency in food production and bartending
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
