Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for confident, adaptable individuals excited to be part of something new. You'll receive full training to help you settle into the Maki & Ramen way and lead with confidence from day one.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities are listed below but not limited to:

Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager is highly preferable, or at least Restaurant Supervisor Organisation and time management (ability to handle admin and operational duties on a daily basis) Financial acumen (understanding basic financial principles, including budgeting, cost control and profitability analysis) Strong grasp on operational knowledge within a hospitality/restaurant context Adaptable to variety of task loads Excellent communication skills Attention to detail and ability to solve issues seamlessly
