We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, strong team management skills, and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for both staff and guests.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and scheduling. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant. Support food preparation and cooking processes to ensure timely service. Oversee bartending operations, ensuring quality beverage service. Train and mentor staff on best practices in hospitality and customer service. Help manage inventory levels, including food production supplies. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on menu planning and special events.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards. Experience in bartending is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for food production and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
