Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Description
Experienced Manager required for a busy Italian restaurant in Glasgow's up and coming south side.
We have an opening for an experienced individual with a hands on approach, looking for a new opportunity to join our team, helping to develop and drive the business as well as maintaining high standards & structure.
Responsibilities will include:
Stock Control & Budget Management
Rotas
Ensuring Relevant Health & Safety Protocols are up to date
Staff Training & Development
Assisting with Implementing Social Media Campaigns
As well as daily running of the restaurant, opening & closing procedures
Our ideal candidate will be somebody with:
A minimum of 3 years experience in fast paced restaurants
Ability to effectively manage & develop staff
Pro active nature, thinking 'out side the box' & generating new ideas
Thrive in a busy, high pressure environment
With a background in bar & knowledge of Italian cuisine being advantageous.
