Duties

Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving procedures Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen and dining areas Collaborate with the head chef to manage food production processes and menu planning Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential Supervising experience is highly desirable, with proven skills in team management Culinary experience or food production knowledge is advantageous Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is required Experience in serving or barista roles would be beneficial A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service is a must
