Job Description

The ideal candidate would take onboard the Bert's service style, maintain professionalism and implement fresh new ideas. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our establishment. You will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.The role will require previous experience.

The role entails:

- Training new staff

- Ensuring the staff maintaining a clean working environment to a high standard

- Push to drive & increase sales

- Implementing & maintaining staff incentives

- Working together with the kitchen team

The role will require:

- Good communication skills

- Professionalism

- Loyalty

- Good work ethic

- Diplomatic

Experience


- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.75 per hour
