Assistant Restaurant Manager

to help lead our growing front-of-house team.

What You'll Do:

Support the General Manager in daily operations Lead and motivate FOH team members Deliver exceptional guest experiences at every service Handle bookings, guest inquiries, and customer feedback Ensure service runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally Oversee staff training and development Maintain hygiene, safety, and licensing standards Collaborate on stock control, ordering, and supplier management

What We're Looking For:

2+ year in a supervisory or assistant manager role (restaurant/hospitality)
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
A calm, confident approach under pressure
A genuine love for food, drink, and hospitality
Bonus: Interest or experience with Mexican cuisine
