We're looking for an

Assistant Restaurant Manager

who wants to be part of something special -- someone who's great with people, loves a buzzing service, and can help lead a team that leaves guests amazed by the service. In an environment where you will treated with respect and you will be proud of what you do.

The Role

You'll be working closely with our management team, helping to lead the Front of House team on your dedicated shifts, making sure every guest has a fantastic experience. You'll also play a key role in training and developing the team, handling guest enquiries, and keeping things running smoothly during your shifts. The Responsibilities

Running shifts as Duty Manager and keeping service smooth. Leading, training and supporting the Front of House team. Working with the kitchen with our daily changing menu Managing large bookings in advance Making sure standards are always 100% Coaching the team and sharing what you know.
