We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including food preparation and service. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards. Oversee food production processes to guarantee quality and consistency. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menu items and enhance culinary offerings. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests while promoting excellent hospitality.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and knowledge of food safety practices. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Previous experience in kitchen roles or barista positions is advantageous. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers effectively.
