Job Details:
Supporting the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations
Leading, motivating and training Front of House team members
Ensuring service standards are upheld across all aspects of the guest journey
Overseeing set-up and clear down of the restaurant for service
Managing the delivery of multi-course tasting menus and wine pairings
Handling guest enquiries and ensuring an exceptional dining experience
Maintaining high standards of preparation (polishing of glassware, cutlery, tableware)
Assisting with stock control, ordering and rota planning
Must-Haves:
Minimum
2+ years' experience
in a supervisory or managerial position within a restaurant
Strong background in hospitality and customer service
Reliable and flexible with working hours
Available to work evenings and weekends (Tue-Sat)
A willingness to learn about food and wine pairing (full training provided)
Hard-working, ambitious and eager to progress in hospitality
