In this role, you will:
- Support the senior team in daily operations alongside another Assistant Manager
- Work closely with the owners to deliver great service and smooth shifts
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
- Maintain high standards in customer service, safety, and compliance
- Assist with inventory, scheduling, and resolving customer queries
- Build strong relationships with kitchen teams and help maintain a welcoming environment
