We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at one of London's most exciting dining spots. Whether it's lunch service, dinner trade, or buzzing weekend covers - you'll be right at the heart of the action.
The Role:
Supporting the General Manager in leading the front-of-house team, you'll help deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant. You'll have a strong presence on the floor, build great relationships with guests, and inspire the team to hit service and sales goals.
What You'll Be Doing:
Running high-quality services with confidence and energy
Supporting recruitment, training, and development of the FOH team
Ensuring high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and compliance
Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless coordination
Driving sales through upselling, events, and exceptional service
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or strong FOH leader
Passion for food, drink, and creating unforgettable guest experiences
Strong leadership and team motivation skills
Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, bookings, and compliance
