We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and food quality, and maintaining a positive environment for both staff and guests. Duties
Working Hours -37.5 weekly
Assist in managing restaurant operations, including staff supervision and training.
Help coordinate kitchen activities and ensure efficient food production.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
Support the team in delivering excellent customer service and resolving any guest issues.
Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of meals.
Participate in menu planning and development alongside the management team.
Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership.
Job requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in relevant role required.
Qualifications: degree preferred but other qualifications considered depending on experience.
