Sumas is an award-winning restaurant overlooking Gorey Harbour, renowned for our relaxed fine dining, fresh local seafood, and outstanding service. We are now looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Job Role:
Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to maintain the highest standards of service Ensure smooth running of shifts, from reservations to closing Assist with training & scheduling Contribute ideas to enhance the guest journey and drive business performance
What we're looking for:
Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality (restaurants or hotels) A natural leader with excellent communication & people skills
