Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and a high-quality dining experience for our guests. You will play a pivotal role in team management, food production, and maintaining the overall hospitality standards of our establishment.

Duties

Assist in managing restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise and train staff in food preparation, service techniques, and customer interaction. Oversee kitchen activities to ensure food safety and quality standards are met. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain inventory levels of food and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Assist in developing menus and special promotions to attract customers. Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership and team management.

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food production processes and food safety regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Experience in bartending or kitchen operations is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and enhancing the dining experience.
