You will be experienced in working within a busy restaurant environment, this may of been as a Supervisor or an Assistant Manager. You will be able to deliver shift briefings to large teams, manage the flow of the restaurant in order to deliver great guest experiences and work alongside the team maintaining the brand standards.
We create memories that the guest will never forget. This could be the next step for you into a Head of Department position within Hotel Du Vin - we actively encourage internal development and progression, Onwards and Upwards.
