The role?

As Assistant Retail Manager, you will support the Retail & Buying Manager with management of daily retail operations and leading the team to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and achieve budgeted targets. You will monitor store performance on an ongoing basis and ensure our store is tidy and organised with products merchandised effectively. This is a 12-month maternity cover ideally starting in October 2025, and presents an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a unique country park setting.

The person?

Target driven, creative, with an eye for good design and knowledge of retail trends, you will be a natural organiser with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates must be able to lead and motivate a diverse team and should have relevant experience in a fast-paced environment selling quality lifestyle products.
