In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the company directors and take full ownership of the marketing function -- from strategy creation to execution. You'll shape our marketing campaigns, manage budgets, and guide the performance of the team while ensuring all efforts are aligned with business objectives.
What You'll Be Doing:
Strategy Development:
Translate business goals into a cohesive, forward-thinking marketing strategy.
Market Research & Insights:
Gather customer insights and conduct competitor analysis to inform positioning and messaging.
Campaign Planning:
Lead the planning, creation, and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Budget Management:
Set and manage campaign and product-level budgets.
KPI Setting & Monitoring:
Define performance metrics and ensure targets are met through continuous optimisation.
Team Leadership:
Oversee and support the Marketing team to deliver high-impact work.
Partnerships & Brand Awareness:
Drive collaborations, partnerships, and brand exposure.
Performance Management:
Ensure the department is high-performing and aligned with key company objectives.
About You
You're a commercially minded, strategic marketer with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach. You're comfortable managing multiple campaigns, guiding a team, and working closely with senior stakeholders. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring both creativity and analytical thinking to the table.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally with team management responsibility.
Demonstrable success in strategy development and campaign execution.
Strong understanding of market research and competitor analysis techniques.
Experience setting and managing marketing budgets.
Confident working with KPIs and marketing performance data.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
