We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Fluency in Spanish and experience with B2B sales are highly desirable, along with excellent analysis skills and familiarity with Salesforce. Duties
Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through market research and networking
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients in both English and Spanish
Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with client requirements
Analyse sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and develop strategic plans
Utilise Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales activities
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to optimise sales strategies
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the organisation's offerings
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse clients
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
