Job Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads and build a sustainable customer pipeline through territory visits and networking.
Present, promote, and sell products to prospective customers, adapting solutions to meet customer needs.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
Conduct customer meetings, negotiations, and contract closures with professionalism.
Maintain accurate sales activity records and update CRM systems regularly.
Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support strategic planning.
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Experience & Skills Required:
Proven experience in
field sales, business development, or account management
(2-5 years preferred).
Demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales targets.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
Strong ability to manage territory planning, prospecting, and relationship building.
Comfortable using
CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems
for pipeline management.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with frequent travel.
Valid UK driving licence (essential for field-based roles).
