The purpose of this role is to support the Sales Office Manager, drive profitable growth in the sales office through an increased customer base by delighting the customers with the quality and choice of our products and ensuring we consistently provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
The key duties and responsibilities of this role are to:
Customer Numbers - To help the manager achieve and maintain their agreed target number of customers.
Customer Service - To ensure we provide a level of service to all my offices customers and maintains the company standards.
Sales - To achieve and maintain the Managers agreed target level of sales through supporting their effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
Assets - To support the Manager to maintain the highest operational standards, ensuring that the sales office, its equipment and its fixtures and fittings are maintained.
People - To support the Manager lead, supervise, motivate, mentor and advise our people.
Training - Initial and ongoing training.

Annual basic salary of 30,533 OTE of 35,500
