Kingdom Support and Care (KSC) provides high quality and personalised support and care for over 300 individuals across Fife and Forth Valley. We support the individuals we work with to manage or overcome challenges, including age-related issues, alcohol and drug addictions, autism spectrum disorders, complex needs, homelessness, learning disabilities and mental health issues.

About you
We are looking for a compassionate, kind and invested individual who is passionate about helping people to live their best lives. If you are resilient, have a can do approach and a great sense of humour you will be off to a great start to be a great fit for this service. It is more important to us that you have the right values, characteristics and share our vision of providing excellent support.
We require flexibility in your approach to work and it is essential you are able to work shifts which will include alternative weekend working, evenings and sleepovers, with some allocated office time within your rota. You should have two years experience in a Support and Care setting and knowledge/experience of supporting people.
You must hold an SVQ 2 qualification in Care or a related field in line with the SSSC registration, further learning to gain an SVQ 3 would be required within a 2 year time frame.
About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in the support team, working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines. You will chair meetings, collaborate with families, social workers, and health professionals, and help ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support for individuals from children to adults with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviours.
You will support the Coordinator in the daily operations of the service and take on the responsibility of line managing a team of support workers.
