The Position

Are you a leader with a proven background in sales?



We are offering an exciting opportunity for an individual with showroom / retail management experience, or someone with a strong background in bathroom & tile sales looking to take the next step in their career.



Assisting with the running our showroom

,

you will be a vigorous brand advocate to be able to successfully represent our company's core values whilst demonstrating excellent leadership qualities.



You will be responsible for a range of duties including assisting in managing the sales team, looking after and growing our trade base and designing bathroom layouts. You will undertake a range of administration tasks and stock management, so systems knowledge would be an advantage but full training will be given.



Duties will include:


Retail and Trade customer sales High level of customer focus providing world class service Order and payment processing Designing bathroom layouts using specialist CAD software General stock control including lifting and handling stock Effective managing a team


As Assistant Showroom Manager you will:


Lead by example and possess strong leadership skills. Have proven background in retail sales. Ensure exceptional standards are always maintained. Experience of MS Tools A flexible approach to work and a desire to grow within a successful business.

Salary



Assistant Showroom Manager:


Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission & Bonus On target earnings 26,000 - 33,500.
