The Opportunity



30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4 pm - 10 pm, all year round

Fixed term for one year



We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our Site Team in this new role of Assistant Site Supervisor/Lettings Officer. The successful applicant will be the main point of contact for our evening lettings, supporting where necessary and ensuring spaces are ready. They will also be required to carry out various maintenance duties to ensure the general upkeep of the premises, minor grounds works and site lock-up. You will also deputise for the Facilities Manager in relation to buildings maintenance, including liaison with contractors during evenings.

About You



The successful candidate will have good buildings management and handyperson skills, gained either through a technical/vocational qualification or equivalent experience and a good working knowledge of Health and Safety. You will be efficient and organised with a 'can do' attitude, a calm and professional manner, and have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
