Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to join our vibrant team at Talbooth House and Spa. In this role, you will support the Spa Manager in overseeing spa operations, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will be vital in creating a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily spa operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. Supervise spa staff and provide training to maintain high service standards. Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory management, and reporting. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership. Implement promotional strategies to enhance spa services and drive sales. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa facilities.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or spa industry. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on team development. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. You must have a

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy.

You must have a minimum o

f 4 years experience as a Beauty Therapist.

You must be fully flexible and be able to work

Saturdays, Sundays and evenings.
