Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to join our dynamic team at Milsom Hotels & Restaurants. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa services while providing exceptional customer experiences. The Assistant Spa Manager will play a key role in supporting the Spa Manager and contributing to our mission of excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily spa operations to ensure a high standard of service. Support the Spa Manager in developing and implementing spa programs and promotions. Communicate effectively with staff and clients to enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee team management, including training and scheduling staff. Assist with sales management initiatives to drive revenue growth for the spa. Maintain administrative duties such as inventory management and reporting. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a spa or hospitality setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Organizational skills with strong time management abilities. Sales experience is beneficial but not essential. You must have a

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy.

You must have a minimum of

4 years experience as a Beauty Therapist.

You must be fully flexible and be able to work

Saturdays, Sundays and evenings.
