Responsibilities

Assist in the management of daily store operations to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Supervise and train staff, providing guidance on best practices in retail management and customer engagement. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management, ensuring that products are well-displayed and readily available for customers. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving skills. Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement promotional strategies that enhance sales performance. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment for both customers and staff. Conduct regular team meetings to motivate staff and communicate store goals effectively.

Skills

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base. Proven experience in sales management within a retail setting is essential. Strong supervising skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving common goals. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated leadership qualities that foster teamwork and collaboration among staff members. A passion for selling with an understanding of effective sales techniques that drive results.
