.The Assistant Store Manager supports the Miniso retail business and reports to their Store Manager; as Assistant Store Manager you are responsible for maintaining wage control and hitting exceptional sales while creating an environment for unassailable customer service, staff morale and operational brilliance. You own your development: assessing your performance, seeking feedback and resources and opportunities to improve and elevate your skills, knowledge and abilities
Responsibilities
Actively drive sales with a customer-centric approach Sound practical knowledge of all retail operational activities required for effective management of the shop floor, including experience of visual merchandising Manage daily operations of the business and ensure sales goals are met Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing & visual merchandising Assigns duties to relevant employees Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and understanding of relevant legislation Track and manage inventory at store
