We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in leading the team, managing inventory, and maintaining store standards to create a welcoming shopping environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
Oversee merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and maximise sales opportunities.
Maintain inventory levels through effective stock management and organisation.

Skills
