Role overview:



We are seeking a skilled Assistant Manager with strong leadership & communication abilities to guide their team towards achieving sales & KPI targets whilst providing unparalleled service.



Responsibilities:



Supporting the Store Manager in effectively running all store operations to ensure meeting or exceeding sales & KPI targets. Setting clear sales goals, tracking performances whilst evolving processes to ensure continuous store growth.



Creating a positive team culture through recruiting, training & continuously developing your staff. Building a motivated and high performing team, increasing chances of store success.



Analysing sales data and financial reports to make quick and well-informed decisions alongside the Store Manager, identifyingand responding to areas of opportunityOperationally & Commercially.



Act as the point of contact for colleagues in the manager's absence.



Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.



Help manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.



Support cash management tasks, such as processing transactions and reconciling tills.



Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.



Provide feedback and coaching to colleagues to improve performance.



Support the Store Manager in maintainingcolleague schedules to ensure proper coverage and productivity



Role objectivesand KPI's:



Contribute to achieving or exceeding the stores monthly sales target.



Driveall additionalKPIs including but not limited to Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.



Achieve upselling or cross-selling targets.



Maintain a high Net Promotor Score.



Ensure stock accuracy during store Audits.



Ensure all new colleagues complete mandatory training required.



Ensure employee satisfaction stores or engagement survey results meet or exceed company benchmarks.



Assistin keeping operational costs within the allocatedbudget



Skills and Experience:



Previoussupervisory or management experience in a fast-paced Retail/ Customer Facing environment



Passionate about retail & hold a good understanding of the latest trends and our competitors



Previousexperience of coaching and developing individuals



Strong communicationskills



Proven track recordof achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPI's



Experience in analysing KPI's data to making commercial decisions



Keen eye for detail & commerciality. Previousexperience within visual merchandising would be advantageous
