Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager to join our London Flagship PAIGE store, located in Duke of York Square.



This is a developmental management role designed to support the Store Manager in the daily operations and overall running of the store. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a successful, efficient, and profitable retail environment that aligns with PAIGE's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations Coordinate team activities to ensure seamless customer service and store performance Master all associate-level and key-holder responsibilities including: + Sales floor execution
+ Clienteling and customer relationship management
+ Inventory control and stock management
+ Visual merchandising and brand presentation
+ Ensuring all store opening & closing requirements are met accurately each day.
Lead by example through strong interpersonal and communication skills Apply sound business acumen and independent judgement in daily decision-making Foster a positive, high-performance team culture that reflects PAIGE values Supporting with team training, delegating of tasks and ensuring the smooth daily running of the store.
