We are seeking a skilled Assistant Store Manager to oversee our Sales & Repairs of our new Birmingham Store. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills, experience with repairs in Electrical Equipment, E-Bikes, Cars, Motor Bikes would be a great advantage, but not essential. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is very important to us. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get the job done. Ideally someone who can make a real impact with customers in the local community, thrive on a 5 star experience for every person they meet.
Duties & Skills
Complete planning and organisation of store/workshop/service jobs, including ensuring that the service diary is always up to date to ensure all jobs are completed on time.
Own the provision of a comprehensive repairs service for customers, including the diagnosis, repair, and invoicing within given time scales.
Be organised so that the computer is updated correctly and email enquiries are responded to, creating workshop related valuations, quotations and estimates as required and invoicing as appropriate.
Have the best interests of the Company when undertaking warranty work.
Be obsessed on 5 star reviews so that the customer receives a professional and responsive service, maintaining relationships with customers in person, on the telephone and via email.
Liaise with customers on the sales floor to sell new products and repair work where required.
Ensure the workshop and store area is organised, tidy and safe, that tools are maintained appropriately, and the shop is a safe working environment.
Keep the tidiness and cleanliness of both the interior and the exterior of the store premises, ensuring own work area is tidy and safe.
