experiences in Wales as the country's first luxury boutique, class-based
studio. Combining high-energy and restorative workouts with a welcoming

Founded by fitness industry expert Alex Bull, the studio recently celebrated
its one-year anniversary. With classes designed for all abilities and a front-of-
house team dedicated to making everyone feel at home, Studio Tarw has
quickly become one of Cardiff's most welcoming and supportive fitness
spaces.
This role is a part-time position at approximately 20 hours per week. Specific
weekly scheduling will be confirmed.

Role:

Assistant Studio Manager
The Assistant Studio Manager is a pivotal role ensuring the smooth, efficient
and welcoming day-to-day running of Studio Tarw. This person will support
the Studio Manager and wider team, helping maintain operational excellence
while embodying the warm, community-first ethos that makes the studio
special.

Key Responsibilities


Studio Operations?

Oversee daily studio operations and ensure all classes run smoothly. Support management of class schedules, instructor coordination and
front-of-house logistics.

Maintain studio presentation to the highest standard, ensuring spaces
are clean, organised and ready for members.

Assist with stock management including retail, towels, equipment and
consumables.

Assist with special projects, events, and promotions as needed
Member Experience

Deliver an exceptional, personalised welcome to every member and
new visitor.

Handle member queries both in person and online with warmth and
professionalism.

Support the onboarding of new members and ensure a seamless sign-
up and class experience.

Help foster a friendly, positive and community-focused atmosphere at
all times.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency,
and service

Administration & Systems



Maintain the serviceability of training equipment. Ensure compliance and adherence to the studio ' s business policies and
standards.

Support with booking platforms, email communication and studio
administration.

Assist with social media content capture during shifts (no posting
required unless otherwise agreed).

Flag operational issues, member feedback or maintenance needs
promptly

Experience & Skills



Customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, leisure or fitness. Interest in boutique fitness or premium service environments. Strong communication and people skills. Highly organised, with good attention to detail. Comfortable using booking systems or digital tools (training provided).
