Job Overview



This is a critical,

hands-on leadership role

that supports the Studio Manager in the daily operations of our complex. You will be the

key operational leader

on the floor, responsible for coordinating the studio, ensuring premium client service, and guiding our team of assistants. We are looking for a highly

responsible problem-solver

with a

"can-do" attitude

and a knack for practical maintenance who can set an example for the whole team.

Key Responsibilities



Client Experience & Service Leadership



You will be the face of Street Studios, welcoming high-end clients and ensuring they are settled and supported throughout their booking. This includes:

Delivering a professional, calm, and welcoming standard of

customer service

at all times. Actively gathering client

feedback

and translating it into positive, actionable improvements. Upholding the studio's presentation standards, ensuring the entire building is maintained in

excellent, shoot-ready condition

.

Operations & Team Management



You will assist the Studio Manager with team coordination and be responsible for the smooth daily flow of the complex:

Assist with the

training, coordination, and day-to-day management

of the freelance Studio Assistants.

Lead the team on the floor

, delegating tasks and ensuring all daily operational requirements are completed to a high standard. Oversee

building security

protocols, including opening and closing the complex, and reporting any security issues. Ensure strict adherence to all

Health and Safety

regulations. Manage basic administrative tasks and maintain

effective communication

across the team and with service providers.

Maintenance & Practical Support



This role requires a proactive approach to the physical environment:

Perform essential and preventative

basic maintenance tasks

(in and out of the studios). Utilize a

basic knowledge of DIY and power tools

to address day-to-day fixes and general upkeep. Handle and organize photographic equipment (experience is a plus, but not essential).

Key Details



Hours:

9 hours per day, Monday to Friday (with required early starts, late finishes, and occasional weekend work based on studio bookings).

Salary:

29,300K

Holiday:

28 days (inclusive of bank holidays)

Location:

Haggerston, East London

Pay: 29,300.00 per year
