Assistant Summer Camp Leaders

to support the delivery of fun and inclusive multi-sport sessions at our summer holiday camps for primary school-aged children.

About the Role:

As a

LaunchPad Assistant Camp Leader

, you'll work alongside our lead coaches to help deliver exciting, energetic, and varied sports and activity sessions. Your focus will be on supporting children's participation, ensuring a safe environment, and helping to create a memorable and enjoyable camp experience for every child.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in delivering a range of multi-sport activities throughout the day Support children of all ages and abilities in getting involved and staying active Help set up and pack away equipment safely Encourage positive behaviour, teamwork, and confidence in a fun camp environment Ensure children's safety and wellbeing at all times Communicate positively with children, staff, and parents as needed
What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children in a sports, school, or childcare setting (voluntary or paid) A friendly, energetic, and supportive attitude A willingness to learn from experienced coaches and take initiative A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Availability during weekdays throughout the summer holidays An interest in sport, education, or childcare is a bonus
