About the Role

Surveying Services operates within the Property & Asset Management department, delivering industry-leading management services for client property estates. This role offers an excellent opportunity for property management professionals or recent graduates to advance their careers while contributing to our Centre of Excellence and maintaining strong client relationships.



Who We're Looking For



Ideal Candidates:



Property administration experience or recent real estate graduates

Knowledge of lease terms and property management principles

Strong interest in pursuing a surveying career

Excellent organizational and communication skills



Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

Prepare service charge budgets and reconciliations with Facility Managers and Lead Surveyor

Apply tenant apportionments and review service charge pack documentation

Process invoice approvals and tenant demand checking

Handle ad hoc recharges and payment coordination with accounts team

Support rates mitigation initiatives



Client & Tenant Relations

Respond to tenant queries regarding service charges, rent, and insurance matters

Organize and attend tenant meetings and occupier engagement activities

Advise on lease repairing obligations while promoting collaborative partnerships

Attend client meetings to present management reports

Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders



Property Management Support

Coordinate property and site presentation inspections

Assist with licenses, wayleaves, and additional fee generation

Support sustainability reporting and client-specific initiatives

Collaborate with PAM teams (Finance, IFM, Data) on surveying activities

Maintain database accuracy with Data team coordination



Reporting & Administration

Provide surveying input for client reporting

Support management report preparation and presentation

Ensure compliance with client KPIs and service standards

Liaise with landlords, tenants, and internal teams as required
