The Children and Young Peoples Autism Service has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Therapy Practitioner to join the service.
The Assistant Therapy Practitioner will offer needs-led support and signposting to families and young people within the well-established CYP autism service.
This post is based in Anglesey House, Rugeley, but will include some potential for home visits to locations across South Staffordshire.
Be competent as appropriate to the requirements of the role.
Demonstrate at all times the trust values.
Be responsible, under the guidance of a registered practitioner, for a defined population of
service users in a variety of settings including clinics, schools, homes
Be skilled in supporting the development, implementation and evaluation of care/support
packages under the direction of a registered practitioner.
Have supervisory responsibilities as required and contribute to service developments

We are looking for someone with experience, knowledge and a passion to provide needs led intervention and support to children and young people with a diagnosis of Autism whilst supporting the service to improve the offer of intervention.
