This is a hands on, varied, and impactful role within a small, dynamic Head Office team supporting our expanding network of franchisees across the UK.

What You'll Do:
Support the CEO with day to day operations, project work, and strategic initiatives
Take ownership of tasks across marketing, digital marketing, content creation, and business operations
Help coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and business development activities
Be a true 'doer' - proactive, hands on, and ready to roll up your sleeves wherever needed
Multitask effectively and manage shifting priorities in a fast paced environment
Contribute ideas for business growth and improved customer engagement
Support the Head Office team in providing guidance and resources to franchisees
Assist with project management, research, reporting, and social media content
Learn new skills quickly and adapt to evolving business needs
About You:
Enthusiastic, passionate, and eager to learn

Positive, proactive, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Experience in sales, marketing, digital marketing, business administration, or small business operations (preferred, but not essential)

Location & Hours:
Monday to Thursday (25-30 hours)
Based at our Head Office in Taffs Well
Flexibility for some remote working
