We're PeopleBunch, an EdTech platform helping schools and nurseries spend less time on paperwork and more time on people. We bring HR, compliance, and safeguarding together in one smart system, already trusted by many schools and nurseries.
We're looking for an organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role at the heart of a purpose-driven company that believes better leadership creates better outcomes for children.
You'll:
Manage the CEO's diary, inbox, travel, and priorities.
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and project actions.
Support board and investor communications.
Draft professional emails, reports, and presentations.
Liaise with schools, partners, and local authorities.
You are:
Experienced (2+ years) supporting senior leaders or founders.
Exceptionally organised with great attention to detail.
A confident communicator and problem-solver.
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, CRM tools).
Passionate about education, innovation, and people.
