We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Assistant to support our CEO and sales department in a unique opportunity. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a residential or commercial sales environment, exceptional clerical and administrative skills, ensuring that the CEO's office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Assist in the sales department, completing viewings on new houses, dealing with tenants and Airbnb rentals.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing emails/calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Handle phone calls with professionalism and maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and stakeholders.
Meet & Greet for meetings/taking minutes where neccessary
Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all records.
Manage office supplies and maintain an organised office environment.
Ideally have basic financial experience (not essential)
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and project management.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the CEO.
Skills
Experience with Sales/Customer facing roles.
Strong clerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Familiarity with administrative processes and office management practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Ability to work independently and manage own time, while being part of a team-oriented environment.
