Role purpose:
We're looking for a proactive and experienced
Assistant
to provide comprehensive support to our busy Founder as the business grows, enabling them to focus on their creative vision and senior business commitments. You'll be their right-hand, ensuring that our Founder can work in their own way while maintaining productivity, structure and clarity across their diverse responsibilities. Whether managing key projects, facilitating creative sessions or handling senior-level tasks, your role will empower the Founder to achieve their vision while keeping the business running smoothly.
This is a highly visible role, right at the centre of the action, and an exceptional chance to work closely side by side with one of the most inspiring minds in our business. We're looking for someone who's proactive, emotionally intelligen?t and highly structured.

It'll be your job to add value by:
Managing complex diaries & schedules:Oversee the Founder's ever-changing calendar, scheduling meetings, creative sessions and travel with precision and foresight. Ensure that time is allocated effectively for both creative and business-critical activities.
Providing senior-level administrative support:Oversee daily administrative duties, including email management, filing, travel arrangements, expense tracking and preparation for key meetings. Ensure that the Founder has the time and space to focus on high-level tasks.
Transforming creative ideas into action:Work closely with the Founder to understand their vision and transform it into structured, actionable steps for the team. Ensure that their ideas are captured in formats that can be easily communicated to others.
Managing time-sensitive tasks:Stay on top of urgent matters that require quick action, ensuring that nothing is overlooked and that the Founder remains focused on what matters most. Help the Founder stay organised and on top of communication channels and ensure they aware of key messages and when tasks or actions have been allocated to them, enabling them (or you) to deliver responses in a timely, effective and informed way.
Acting as gatekeeper while facilitating great communication:Coordinate information flow between the Founder, the leadership team, internal teams and external parties. Ensure that critical information is shared efficiently while maintaining the Founder's focus on key priorities. Help ensure that the Founder's vision and priorities are translated clearly and effectively to the team, acting as a point of contact to ensure the right information gets to the right people.
Providing relevant updates & ensuring timely involvement:Deliver concise and relevant project or business updates to the Founder, ensuring they're involved at the right moment. You'll keep them focused on the most impactful areas, while ensuring they have the necessary insights to make decisions when needed.
Accompanying the Founder on key trips & meetings:Be a reliable support during travel, whether for store visits, business meetings or research trips. Ensure that all logistics are covered and help with managing follow-up actions after each meeting or visit.
Staying informed & facilitating cross-departmental awareness:Keep yourself up-to-date on key developments across different teams, understanding how they collaborate and intersect. Ensure you have a comprehensive view of the business to help the Founder stay aligned with the wider team and business goals.
Maintaining systems for efficiency:Implement systems that enhance workflow efficiency - whether it's organising files, maintaining project management tools or streamlining processes for communication and task management.
