We are seeking an experienced administrator to support the Principal's PA and successful integration across the whole school, including the Infant and Junior School. This is a pivotal role providing professional, flexible, proactive administration with exceptional attention to detail.

As Assistant to the Principal's PA, the post holder will help maintain high standards of organisation, communication, and presentation across the school's leadership and operational functions. The role also involves supporting the Senior Management Team (SMT), Heads of School, Marketing, Admissions, Data Manager, and both School and LTC Receptions as needed.

Previous experience of working in a school environment and an understanding of data privacy, confidentiality and safeguarding would be an advantage. Hours are Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30, 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring List Check.
